BlackRock filed a fourth SEC amendment on 11 June 2026 for the iShares Bitcoin Premium Income ETF, which will trade under ticker BITA on Nasdaq. The fund is already seeded and sets a sponsor fee of 0.65%, below the two existing Bitcoin covered-call ETF rivals.
